   I have been a long time customer of the store and Kim and Des are a credit to Boots. However with the Paisley Centre emptying it's time to find a larger unit within the Piazza and give the team up to date working conditions in a clean and uncluttered store that combines the pharmacy expertise here with the range of make up and perfume available in the Paisley Centre to become a jewel in the crown of the Piazza just as JD Sports did. There's so much potential in terms of the quality products Boots sells and the pharmacy team. Some customers require privacy and the area for daily dispense pts is not suitable for purpose. I hope Boots head office has plans to give their staff a store that meets the needs of customers snd the staff who are a credit to them.

   Staff in here are angels - can't believe the BS they deal with every day but still do everything so professionally and in a friendly manner. Couldn't ask for a better pharmacist :)

   The pharmacy is quite decent. The pharmacist is a nice and quite competent professional. Unfortunately, the technicians are arrogant, poorly competent and a sound waste of time.

   I'm visiting from out of the country, and the airline I flew in on lost my luggage, which included my medication. They went above and beyond in helping me get my prescription filled, despite it being last minute and an odd scenario. Thank you!

   One of your employees was being obnoxious to young servers just now in sports soccer in the high street. She was complaining about staff in a manner I am sure she wouldn't be prepared to accept herself. Over half priced ankle socks. If you are sad and miserable dont share it with others.

   Went here to get Clinique gift set which was advertised on TV but they were sold out. Managed to get alternative with the help of a sales assistant. Clinique had lots of sales assistants. Compared to M&"s where I found it hard to fund a pay point that was open.
