Please note that the shop has moved across the street and they have lots of birds and fishes! Don’t have sign of small pet, like hamsters.
They were in the middle of refurbishing the store when I was last in. The main store mainly caters to fish keepers. Both tropical and marine life. They have a wide range of corals at various prices.
I felt that VIP pets were unhelpful and could not get me my puppy food that I asked for. It took me on three occasions to try and get James Beloved puppy food of which I had no option but to buy there own brand puppy food that my puppy did not like. I would not recommend this to anyone.
Excellent shop , fair prices but it's rather annoying having to go to the fish shop across the road to inform them that you'd like to access the pet store and you need to wait until the fish shop is empty until someone can have time to open pet store for you ! Can be 15 minutes +, if you own two stores please have staff in two stores.
Best pet shop I know. the lady who works in there is so friendly and her assistant (the dog) showed me everything I needed and advised me on better products. its the only place I go now.
