Unreliable with pharmacist availability and the customer service/ interactions are poor. Not a very well managed business.
This is the third time I have checked your website to confirm the pharmacy is open, only to arrive and find there is no pharmacist available to dispense my prescribed medication. Such repeated incidents show a serious lack of oversight and responsible management. Patients rely on accurate information and consistent access to their medication, and closing the pharmacy without notice is unacceptable.
Wanted to return unused medications.Fobbed off at every opportunity. Told to return them to where had issued them, told I would have to remove medication from boxes, asked if there were any cds?apparently this is controlled drugs.I advised that as the lady had died from cancer at home I presumed there would be.No help given in advising what boxes were cds.The woman I spoke to dark haired in her 40s? not helpful in the slightest.She called the pharmacist over, a man in his 50s, he said their bin was full and he couldn't say when it would be emptied. Completely unprofessional the two of them.I phoned Boots pharmacy in Linwood.Spoke to very helpful woman, she advised me what items were cds, to keep them separate from the other medications which I should remove from their packaging. I did this and handed in the items today.Straight forward professional service with a smile.Asda pharmacy Linwood staff that I dealt with yesterday you obviously have no aptitude for dealing with the public so perhaps you should work behind the scenes.

Worst Pharmacy ever, takes nearly a week to get medicine after putting in a prescription. Staff are not helpful in the least. Never seem to have anything in stock.
Very helpful and only 1 person allowed in at a time due to covid rules.
