BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE Went in with I'll cat was told it would be expensive and vet didn't think we could pay so wants to put cat down. Money money money. Well vet don't know my income. She wouldn't even take payment plan would rather let a 2 year old cat die when can be fixed. Shocking all about the money. Was a north American vet. Cat has issues with his leg can be fixed but they would rather let cat die than work out way to save him no thanks will go somewhere they actually care. Update today (1 day later) I put in a complaint about this got email back terminating the vet so if u complain they stop being your vet also the email from the manager is full of lies saying I was abusive and frightening clients well that isn't true and there own CCTV will prove it so I've demanded a subject access request wich means they have to give me a copy of the footage. This is going to be fun. Can't believe how stupid they are being to slander like this when their own cctv will prove duffrent also if I was abusive why didn't they call police why didn't terminate us right there and then why did the wait until I had put in a complaint...... Feeble attempt at retaliation.

Really happy with the level of care and attention our cat received during and after surgery, everyone is lovely, friendly and knowledgeable. Boo is healing up nicely, had a few issues with her afterwards and the staff couldn’t have been more supportive or helpful. Prices are reasonable, will definitely be staying at this surgery can’t thank them enough!

Had to take my cat to be put to sleep. Vet I saw was so lovely and compassionate. However, dogs seem to be allowed to roam around and over to cat area. Also candle was lit for my baby but waiting room was loud. Feel the reception staff should say to people to show some respect at such a heartbreaking and traumatic time and also to keep dogs in their own area

We have never had a bad experience here. Both of our rescue cats have been well cared for, and the excellent service provided here is much appreciated. 21/09/2023 update - my two cats have diagnosed conditions, and I can't fault the treatment they get from the vets and reception staff here. Everyone is so friendly and understanding, and they are both so well treated when we go. I highly recommend this vets4pets surgery. 16/04/2024 (update) - we continue to get phenomenal treatment at this vet surgery. Joana, in particular, is always very attentive and kind, making the whole process as painless as possible. Both of our cats have medical needs, so we are frequent flyers here. The reception staff are always lovely and knowledgeable and I wouldn't go anywhere else. 28/01/2025 (update) - My two girls, Maggie and Tonks, are regular visitors to this practice. We have been with them since we adopted our formerly feral tortoiseshell 7 years ago. Both kitties have individual medical needs and are regularly reviewed by this brilliant team. From Andrea on reception, to the poor nurses that have navigated Maggie's wriggly nail trims, to the team of vets who always go above and beyond to make sure they're doing the best they can for my kitties. Maggie requires a fair amount of medication for different ailments and this can be complex at times. In particular, Joana, Katie, and Shannon, know them both inside and out. They have all independently researched different treatments that could help and ease symptoms and improve her wellbeing and they are always honest about outcomes. I always receive results as soon as they're available and everyone at this practice has taken time to answer any questions I have had. I appreciate the honesty and respect everyone has given us. Due to Maggie's conditions, she has needed a few emergency appointments and this has never been an issue for anyone on the team. They will link in with other specialists to seek advice without hesitation and are always quick to provide feedback. I cannot thank this team enough. If I haven't mentioned them by name, please know that I have noticed them and they are an equally important part of this incredible team. Overall, the staff are kind, knowledgeable, patient, and interested. On the off chance that they don't know something, they will go away and find out. They're also creative and any challenges they have been presented with (usually Maggie) they have risen to and managed to come up with solutions. I could never thank this practice enough.

My cat has been at this vets since a kitten she is now 10+ and our second fur baby too. The practice goes above and beyond. Especially recently as Henry has had an issue with his back. Making him pain free is a priority and he is now playing catch mouse again. Looking for a vets look no further I would recommend anytime.

Even though Lucky (kitten) was seen by a different vet each time, every one of them was very kind, helpful and informative. Plenty of reminders before all appointments and lots of support leading up to neutering, which we had done today. Excellent customer service at the reception also. Thank you all for providing care to my pet! X

Very friendly and very helpful staff , helped me to get my puppy and crate in from car due to health issues that I have. Vet was very friendly and knowledgeable, she was great with the puppy. I have used the same practice since it opened for my cat and did not hesitate to bring my new puppy to them for her complete health care plan.

The vet was aware of my dogs history, gave him a once over and said he was in great condition. Gave him his vaccinations with no issues and answered some questions I had with ease.

My visit for my cat's routine checkup and vaccinations was stellar. We were seen to almost immediately with no complications, and our vet was fantastic with my cat, who as an indoor is naturally quite intimidated by vet visits. Cannot compliment everyone at Vets4Pets Paisley enough!
