I honestly couldn’t recommend The Animal Trust Glasgow Vet highly enough. From the moment we arrived, the staff were absolutely amazing β€” so friendly, approachable, and helpful. Their not-for-profit ethos, ensuring animals can access the care they need, is truly incredible and something I’m so grateful exists. My 8 year old dog recently had a dental clean and extractions, and the care she received was outstanding. From the pre-op stage right through to the lovely phone call I received once her procedure was finished, the communication was fantastic. I was very worried about the anaesthetic, so the reassurance and updates meant the world to me. The compassion shown wasn’t just for my dog, but for me as well, and that really stood out. I’m absolutely over the moon to have found such a special place and haven’t stopped recommending them to every pet owner I know. Thank you so much to everyone at The Animal Trust Glasgow for everything you’ve done for my dog and for putting my mind at ease. Truly a wonderful, special place.

We moved to this practice last year when Abbey Vets closed. This vets are absolutely fantastic, all staff are lovely and great with the dogs. Knowledgeable and always available to answer questions and deal with emergencies. So glad we found them and want to thank all the staff for coping with Rex and Finland two completely bonkers black labs!! X

One word....Exceptional! A friendly & knowledgeable team of professionals that really do care for their "patients". The focus is purely on the care & wellbeing of the animals throughout rather than just profit based which seems to be how some veterinary practices operate these days, a sign of the times, sadly. I've already recommended them to a number of friends & would urge anyone reading this review to register their pet & do the same. An outstanding Veterinary Practice. Merry Christmas to all the Team & best wishes to one & all for 2026! From a very satisfied customer........& lots of love from "Little A"

Really pleased to have found this vet. We've brought both cats there and they've been wonderful. One cat is super anxious and the vet did all they could to keep them calm during their visit. Really appreciated that they went out of their way to make it less stressful for her.

Since changing from Campbell & Galloway, they have changed how they bill for surgery. Formerly, you would attend, they would advise on what would be needed, do the work and claim against the insurance themselves and then the owner would pay the remainder. Now you have to put up 2/3s of the surgery cost upfront and arrange the insurance stuff yourselves. This was not advised on the switch over. As such, I'm looking for another vet practice. Not necessarily due to said change but the lack of communication about that. P.s. None of this is the blame of the staff there. It saddens me to have to look elsewhere because they have come to know my dog by name and love seeing her. I'll miss the staff.

Have been coming to Campbell and Galloway for years now with various pets. Have always found them to be friendly, welcoming, very professional and always willing to take the time to chat about any issues with our animals. They genuinely seem to care about the pets they look after and even remember each one on repeated visits. Can't recommend them highly enough.

I wouldn't recommend C&G we were taking our Lhasa Apso puppy there, They quote u a price then do exactly what they planned on doing but when u go back to pick up ur pet the price has jumped Β£150 with nothing extra being done, They quote the price so u agree to it then sting u when u come back as there is nothing u can do about it u have to pay,They done it 3 separate times to us each time the price jumped Β£50, above the quoted price. It started off Β£50 then next time it jumped to Β£100 above the quote then the final straw was when it jumped to Β£150 they are cowboys we will definitely not be taking our beloved dog back to them, They said our dod was head shy so they could charge extra for putting him to sleep but he goes to groomers & she can shave his head face & ears without issue, C&G vets are professional liars & not to be trusted.
