“I am so impressed with The Veterinary Centre! I am new to the area and after having many bad experiences with other veterinary practices, I was really nervous about finding a vet for my new puppy. I was recommended here and so glad I signed up! The staff are very friendly and helpful and the Vets are full of knowledge, putting your pets best interest first. For the first time in a long time I feel confident my dog is in the best care when needed.”

“I've been a customer for quite a number of years with our little dog. He's now 14yrs old & seeing Chris he was diagnosed with Caynine Alzheimer's.We had weeks of sleepless nights with him barking all night.Myself & him was very stressed.Chris put him on the necessary meds but would take about a month to take affect. He gave our little pouch meds to help him until then. From the 2nd night we have all slept through and he is nearly back to our little dog.We will take it as it comes as he is a good age now but I can't thank Chris for his caring and understanding. The support and care we experience is tenfold.Thankyou so so much..❤”

“Absolutely brilliant vets. I've always felt very well looked after and like my dog was in great hands. I have never felt like a "customer" but always treated like a person who was worried about my pets. I always left feeling a little educated and understanding my pets health better. I couldn't say enough positive things about Robert and the whole team here.”

“Recently switched from the vets I have been with for years because they've become extreme corporate! Call centre and everything... Exclusively cats is owned and run by a couple who clearly care about cats. The staff are wonderful, extremely friendly and I could tell straight away with how Steven was with my kittens that moving here was an excellent choice, despite the travel. I cannot wait to meet Rebecca and also bring Theo in to meet the team!”

“Hyndland Street Vets saved the day for our boy Lazare! After 4 years in Glasgow we were moving back to the US and Lazare was denied boarding on his flight from Frankfurt to St Louis because his travel documents went missing somewhere en route during his Edinburgh to Frankfurt flight. (Lufthansa!) On a very busy Friday before May Bank Holiday weekend — HSVS produced an original official heath certificate WITHIN HOURS so we could get him on the next flight. He’s with us a safe and sound now so I want to extend my sincere gratitude to HSVS for going above and beyond to help us. You all are THE BEST! Thank you!”

“Whilst I would prefer the surgery opening 6 days a week, I understand that there may be staffing issues. Plus, you can always go to the state of the art hospital at The Roundhouse if necessary. Location wise, not far. I believe all major surgery is performed at the hospital. Parking at both is easy.”

“I can’t thank the night shift team, working Thurs 12/06, enough for saving my dogs life. They were all very professional and kind. They kept me well informed and were very clear, explaining all of my options. I felt very reassured that Goku was in good hands. I was able to give him cuddles right before his surgery which I appreciate so much. He has been very settled since coming home and has had his post op check with my usual vet who are very happy with his results! Thank you for saving my best friend!”
