Cannot fault the care from this practice, all of my dogs have gone here for various reasons, nothing is too much for them absolutely would recommend
Lovely friendly staff , great expertise and just right for a pet as theyre gentle and understanding
Staff very friendly. Sent me a card expressing their sympathy when my dog was put to sleep. Have always used this vet in the past (40+ years) in all its versions. No problems recommending them at all.
I am so impressed with The Veterinary Centre! I am new to the area and after having many bad experiences with other veterinary practices, I was really nervous about finding a vet for my new puppy. I was recommended here and so glad I signed up! The staff are very friendly and helpful and the Vets are full of knowledge, putting your pets best interest first. For the first time in a long time I feel confident my dog is in the best care when needed.
We have 2 dogs and have been using this practice for over 12 years. The vets , nurses and reception staff all love animals and are very welcoming. Our dogs always get excellent care and the vets take their time to put our beloved girls at ease and reassure us and explain what's going on with them when they are unwell. Highly recommended.
Not happy, my dog had her monthly pain injection to get today a friend took her, they said they won't do it as its over a year since last check up. It was done on 21.12 last year so not way over a year and should have had this information when the appointment was booked. She will now be without pain medication till they can manage to do a check up which is not out of date, absolutely no reason to refuse the injection, they should have given her it and booked her in for a separate check up. Disgusted
Staff are so nice here. I have a very fearful dog and they go out of their way to make her feel comfortable. Even doing appointments outside in the garden when possible to keep her calm, giving her treats too. Makes it less stressful for me knowing how good they are with her.
First visit to the practice today with my very anxious newly adopted cat l. So much gratitude to the team for taking such good care of her. Just a striaght forward 'check up' but they took the stress out of my hands and got the job done. I'm so grateful for what is probably a routine part of their every day. Thank you :)
