I was able to get an appointment the same day and the staff were very helpful asking questions and giving advice. My dog hadn't been to visit the vet for a while but he felt right at home at Riverside Vets.
Good efficient service. Staff are all pleasant and helpful at Callander. Our dog had a very quick diagnosis and a plan for his problem was very quickly in place.
I was recommended Riverside vets by a colleague back in 2015, after our dog flat refused to go our then vet. Fast forward 10 years, and despite her catalogue of health problems, she still is happy to go in every time, pulls on the lead and has a waggy tail, eager to greet. She has had amazing care over the years from both Stirling and Callander practices. Today, we really like the continuity of care from both vets, Ross and Alexia who know her health issues inside out. The practices are supported by a fantastic support team, who fully deserve recognition for the first support we receive for our girl’s care.

I always get an appointment very quickly, reception staff and vets are lovely, patient, and explain things clearly and very thoughtful around my nervous dog. I do think that if there are alternative products that you can get elsewhere that might not cost as much that these options should be made aware to customers. It’s a small point, otherwise very happy!
Staff are very helpful and friendly, my two cats and dog always well cared for when we visit.

Can't fault the service here. Great advice, genuine interest in the welfare of my cat. Also made me realise how much other Vets overcharge for procedures and other requirements.
