Would not recommend. Cat came in for a simple nail clipping turned into a horrible experience and staff member disclosed in front of waiting area my cat should be knocked out for a nail clipping. After all this the job wasn’t complete. Manager blamed experience on my cat.
Staff was efficient and attentive with my sisters dog, who was very ill at the weekend. Very professional and outline and explained the investigations and treatment plan throughout his visit. I moved my dogs from another practice to this one, and it's been a great decision.
Avoid this practice. I had a deeply concerning experience here. After my dog’s procedure, the level of aftercare and communication was appalling. When I raised concerns, they were deflected, and I was treated dismissively. I noticed a lack of balanced staff representation and an environment that felt more about defending reputations than delivering compassionate veterinary care. I haven’t seen Dr Claire Henson in a while, she always seemed professional and competent.
Came here this month after being unimpressed with my previous vets. Met 2 of the vets who were friendly and affectionate towards my cat and made me feel at ease. Got my cat spayed here, no fuss, no complications, very reasonably priced. Will continue to use them, really impressed and relieved.
The team at this practice are second to none. Any query or concern I have, I find them to be very thorough, helpful and reassuring. Today I had fright where my cat took a seizure for the first time. I phoned first thing and Vets4Pets saw him as a priority this morning. They went above and beyond. I believe he was seen by Dr Moroka who honestly I was blown away by. She heard all my concerns, was so patient, and explained things really well. I would say she also has the really unique ability to put a concerned owner at complete ease. As someone with a lot of anxiety I can ask a lot of questions and overthink a lot but at no point did I feel at all I was second guessing myself / self conscious about this which is really unusual for me in these types of scenarios. It would be a miss to leave out the Care Advisor ( Sheila ? ) who was also so compassionate and very informative with regards to what to expect, billing / insurance etc. She showed such a genuine interest in my cat and what had happened, and similarly to the Vet was able to put me at ease almost instantly. A massive thank you to the entire team at Vets4Pets Cumbernauld - we wouldn’t manage without you!
I was highly satisfied with my experience because they take excellent care of my pet. The procedure was explained to me very well. I find the staff very efficient and professional and they always give me confidence in everything they do.
The reception staff and the nurse who attended to me and my cat were brilliant. They were attentive and kind despite being quite busy. The nurse was wonderful in the way she handled my cat and I could see that my Bug was very comfortable with her. The service I received was absolutely excellent.
Wrongly diagnosed, I wanted to ask questions as she was mentioning cancer due to a lump but she rushed me out the door and said she had patients waiting. She then told me she wasn't qualified to answer questions. I paid £75 and went straight to another vets for corrective care and they were amazing. Do not recommend at all.
I got an appointment that suited me but was still really quick, as AJ had had an accident, the reception person was friendly and engaged with me and AJ, the vet was brilliant she got down to ajs level, spoke clearly and in a way I could understand and really put me at ease at a time I was really worried! Amazing service!
