Couldn't have been more thorough and helpful when we had to take our little exotic girly in due to referral. They were gentle and helpful, giving my girl a thorough examination and discussing the next steps. Appreciate the extra time taken.
My dog Riley recently came in for phased dental treatment and was cared for very well. I’d like to thank Vet Nurse Shannon for her care with Riley and her explanations of the treatment and follow up with myself. Riley is a very anxious dog and Shannon was amazing with him. I had consistent communication from Shannon and the team, and Riley has made a great recovery. Thanks again!
Thank you to Madonna and her students. I took my little budgie today who unfortunately had to be put to sleep. Madonna showed true empathy and compassion giving our wee belle a dignified passing. Very helpful and friendly. They have specialist knowledge of rabbits that the big chain vets do not, and diagnosed an issue with our lop rabbit that had been missed by previous vets. Prices are very reasonable.
We bring our pet here who is looked after by friendly professional staff and vets. We followed our particular vet from another company when she moved to the Ark. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
I moved to this clinic when my vet moved jobs to here. Always been able to get an appointment and find all staff very helpful and friendly. My little Willow in particular has won some hearts there.
My cat was sicker after the treatment provided here than when I brought him. Within 48 hours after they treated him on a Friday, he was euthanised at the emergency vets in Glasgow. I am heartbroken and do not believe he was treated appropriately and this exacerbated his problems. I used Ark vets for over 14 years but will never set foot back in there with my other cat, and am seeking a new vet for her care. I cannot recommend. A bakers could put the wrong icing colour on your cake, or a shop could give you the wrong change and those are mistakes easily rectified - you can never bring back a much loved and cherished pet. Do not trust them with your beloved animals.
Just a wonderful caring practice from the people on reception all the way through the practice…they genuinely care about your pets and not your money. A huge thank you to Iain Livingston for giving Marley our pet lab the best fighting chance over the last 7 months, essentially for today accommodating my family as Marley sadly passed away after a truly valiant fight! Highly recommended.
My dearest Miss Grace after fighting CKD for 8 months took a drastic downturn around 5pm on Monday. After phoning we were advised to bring her straight over. Ken helped us to send her over the bridge in such a caring way. Can't praise the practice highly enough for the care she received in the end.
