   Been with the practice for all our pets. Keep in regular contact about their monthly flea/wormer etc which is helpful. They also squeezed us in today when we were being a bit dramatic about our dog following an op. Always recommend.

   Don’t have much to say but I seen someone locally reached out as they found a stray cat and would like help to get it scanned and you opted to charge rather than do a good deed. Like you’d haven’t made enough money inflating costs since Covid! I hope more people see this and move.

   You know what, cant ever fault Vets4Pets Airdrie, they have always been nothing but attentive and loving to our dog Jasper. They always fuss over him if it's quiet, the vets are knowledgeable an easy to talk to. They accept insurance with ease, and even off insurance, their prices I'd call reasonable. Very friendly atmosphere overall.

   Staff were amazing, my new puppy wasn't well and they ran loads of tests, after her consultation they gave me her medicine, and gave me great advice. So glad my pup is back her to playful self again. Highly recommended

   Feel like I need a second Mortgage the way this Vets Charge poor Osca our Labrador split a nail and needed the wound cauterised was told £250 then when dropping him off was told between £250-280 but on returning to pick him up I was handed a bill for £350 asking why they informed me he needed antibiotics!

   First time visit with our Cavapoo puppy & so glad I registered her at my local branch. Ian the vet was amazing with my wee Pepsi. I had so many questions of which were all answered. So very helpful. The girls on the desk were extremely helpful too. The vet had told us about the pet plan & this was discussed with the girls at the desk after the vet had seen to Pepsi. Yvonne helped with setting up our pet plan, which was dealt with quickly & efficiently. Everyone was lovely.

   Reception staff were very friendly and reassuring vet was lovely explained everything thoroughly and also had a friendly manner he also has a cat which made me feel much more at ease as my cat was extremley vocal and scratchy when they tried to take bloods so someone who understands the temperament of cats is ideal for treating them in my opinion couldn't fault staff at all you have a great team

   Been using this vet since I bought my dog. Been a great service up until this visit. Went this evening for a annual booster and health check. Girl on reception needs training on customer service. Bit on the rude side. My dog normally loves coming to the vet. Think it’s time to start looking around for a new vet that can give her better care like she was originally getting !
