Delighted we moved our cats to Apex vets. The building is very welcoming and spotless. The Cat Lounge is a great idea and it definitely helps that our cats cannot see the dogs in the waiting room. We've always had great service for the vets and reception staff. I would highly recommend registering your pets here.
This is the easiest review I have ever written! Exceptional team, excellent care. We have been using Apex vets for our 3 dogs since 2015, moving the care of our dogs to apex following a poor experience with another vets. I can honestly say they are by far the best vet practice we have ever used. From the minute you arrive the friendly reception staff, welcome and reassure you, offering quiet space if pets seem stressed/anxious. The care and compassion from the clinical team, the vets, vet nurses and assistants is second to none. We recently experienced this first hand when our wee chihuahua Alfie became unexpectedly unwell, without their quick responses and actions, he would not be here with us. While prioritising Alfie’s clinical care, they also ensured my husband and I were kept informed, all communication was carried out with compassion at what was a stressful, and terrifying time for us. Alfie’s best interests were the priority, and the team worked tirelessly to look after him, their knowledge and skills ensured our wee Alfie was able to come home and live his best life barking at anything that moves. We cannot thank you all enough.
The best Vet in the area full stop. From the Vets to the Nurses to the reception staff every single one is a superstar. The care given to our Wee Buster, our cat Fluffy & our GSD Bailey has been simply outstanding. 100% recommended for any animal lovers.
Lovely practice that genuinely care about your pets & treat them as their own. Matters are dealt with quickly and the healthy pets club is value for money as you get free 6 month check ups, vaccinations and flea & tick medication is covered. I highly recommended this practice and wouldn’t go elsewhere!
The best vet practice I have ever been to with my precious Rottweilers. My poor girl Mya had to be put to sleep and they couldn't have given her a more peaceful and dignified passing. I thank Sam from the bottom of my heart for the kindness and compassion he showed to both Mya and our family. 1 week later we received a sympathy card containing Myas pawprint, a cutting of her hair and some Forget Me Not seeds to plant xxxx much appreciated. Thank you all once again for everything you all did for Mya and continue to do for our other pets xxxx
The nicest and friendliest team at Apex Vets from the receptionists to the nurses and vets. Our Lexie has been in numerous times and most recently she's broken her leg but we were always talked through procedures and what to expect and were involved with what was the best decision for her. Thankfully she's on the mend and as you can see from this photo she's enjoying some time out of her cage and a change of scenery up beside us on the couch. Sometimes I think she thinks she's more human than cat ;-)
Friendly staff, easy to get a appointment and great prices in the shop and for vet services! Glenn & Douglas are great vets! There is also about 4 staff in reception that are away really happy & giving my dog treats. Even though my dog has had 'the operation' he still loves going as he gets lots of treats and attention from all the staff.
