   We phoned Emergency Vets Glasgow on Saturday night and were told to come down right away. The lovely vet, Nick, looked after us, and although our beautiful boy had to be put to sleep, Nick’s patience and kindness were truly remarkable. He took the time to explain everything clearly and gently, and the way he handled the situation brought as much calm and dignity as possible to such a heartbreaking moment. Thank you, Nick, you helped make our boy’s final moments peaceful, and we will always be grateful for that.

   The most fantastic team of professionals I have ever came across. Unfortunately I had to put my sweet boy Chub to sleep last week. I initially brought him in on Sunday afternoon, where the staff when quick to assist and suggest the best treatment. After X-Ray he was cleared to return home. Unfortunately over the next few hours he deteriorated dramatically. They suggested I bring him back to which the best course of action for him was to be put to sleep. As I sat and sobbed uncontrollably on 2 separate occasions that day, the staff could not have been more genuine and caring. My questions were answered with no hesitation, and they sat and talked to me about it all - understanding my pain. I got to hold him for as long as I wanted before he was taken to pass the pet rainbow bridge, and I was provided with paw and nose prints of him. I cannot thank you all enough. It was clear to me too that Chub felt in safe and caring hands. You are all completely made for this role, thank you again❤️

   I can’t thank the night shift team, working Thurs 12/06, enough for saving my dogs life. They were all very professional and kind. They kept me well informed and were very clear, explaining all of my options. I felt very reassured that Goku was in good hands. I was able to give him cuddles right before his surgery which I appreciate so much. He has been very settled since coming home and has had his post op check with my usual vet who are very happy with his results! Thank you for saving my best friend!

   My most sincere thanks to Emergency Vets Glasgow for taking such good care of my dog, Alfie, when he ingested raisins. Elaine the vet was calm and reassuring, talking me through the treatment plan for his overnight stay. She also phoned me later in the evening to update on Alfie’s progress. Thank you very much.

   My Golden retriever ruptured her cruciate ligament. There is a set fee to be seen, which lets you know what to expect, and extra costs are not exaggerated. My experience was excellent in our time of need. Friendly, caring staff.. Will be our emergency go to from now on. Thank you so much Yvonne

   Took my dog Jerry Lee here on Saturday as an emergency after eating a chicken carcass. The staff were excellent. The vet who examined him spoke to him very calmly and examined him thoroughly. After that, a plan of action was laid out. He was treated and released later that night. They also notified my own vet. In a stressful time for Jerry Lee and myself, they excelled. Thank you
