I was referred to Chris by my local vets due to my chihuahua having a heart murmur. I can honestly say that I couldn’t have hand picked a better place than CrumPets. From the reception team who made me feel at ease from the first telephone call to our consultation and scan with Chris, Everyone who works in CrumPets is warm welcoming and supportive given the serious nature of why we were there. My dog is in the best hands moving forward and I can’t thank them enough for putting me at ease and supporting us through it all with a plan in place for future follow ups. Thank you

Very impressed with the service we received three years ago when my Labrador was one year old. The heart scan, diagnosis and treatment has let her enjoy a life she wouldn’t otherwise have had.

We came to see Chris and the team with our sons cat the team were fantastic unfortunately we didn’t get good news the compassion shown by Chris and the team was amazing. My son is on the spectrum so Chris went out of his way to write him a note explaining everything to him in a way that he would understand and assuring him he could see him much our cat was loved by him thank you so much

Our wee boy was referred to a specialist vet due to a suspected heart murmur and we are so glad we picked CrumPets Vet. The team was phenomenal, they explained everything to us and answered all our questions. They were also very quick to process all paperwork which was very helpful too. Happy to say he was ok and he is just a very nervous boy. I contacted them almost 18 months after the referral to query if they could provide a copy of the report as we needed it for new insurance purposes and Gemma got back to me in less than 10 minutes. I do hope they expand to a regular + specialist vet premises because they are fantastic.

I cannot thank Chris and his team enough for their hard work and care. Chris performs annual heart scans on my cat Mew and always gives me such detailed updates on her condition and helps keep me calm when receiving difficult news. My other cat Walt recently was having issues with chronic vomiting and after numerous investigations at his local vets he got referred up to a specialist, I cannot tell you the relief when they told me it would be "Crumpets" looking after him, I just knew he would be in the best hands. Chris found the problem almost instantly and Walt got rushed into surgery to remove a blockage from a piece of plastic that Walt had eaten. Yet again Chris gave me so much reassurance, information and knowledge about Walts condition, showed me x-rays and went through all the findings, etc. I just can't recommend this practice enough, I can't thank Chris and his team enough. They really are the best. Thank you for giving me back my silly, bright and mischievous baby boy again ❤️

Really happy with my recent experience at CrumPets. The whole process went smoothly and was well organised. Bertie's test results and diagnosis were well explained and Chris answered all my questions. When we left the clinic I felt confident in the diagnosis and what our next steps were.

Our recent experience with Chris and his team was fantastic. They managed to see our dog Otis at very short notice. Friendly welcome from Gemma at reception. Everything was explained so well and in a friendly but professional manner. Chris took the time to show me the microscopy slides and made sure I understood the treatment plan before we left. So thankful and would highly recommend CrumPets.

I nervously took my little Yorkshire Terrier to Crum Pets for an ultrasound scan ... no need to be nervous, everyone was absolutely lovely, from the welcoming receptionist to my meeting with Dr Chris who explained the entire procedure to me and I was put at ease immediately. The clinic is equipped with the best Hi-Tec equipment and I was even shown George's scan. I would have no hesitation in recommending Crum Pets and to the team, I can't thank you enough for taking such good care of George.

As a local vet I've been using Chris's mobile services for years for my patients, he's always been reliable, a pleasure to work with and great with the animals. A few weeks ago he went out of his way to help me with my own dog, Saffy, and led me to the correct diagnosis for a rare condition. She’s doing great now I know what to treat her for, she’s gone from a poorly old girl back to launching over jumps! Couldn't have done it with out him, so huge thanks from me, Saffy and all the other patients of mine you've helped out. Can't wait to see how you get on with your own premises, but will miss learning from watching your scans!
