Everyone is kind and considerate but above all the standard of pet care is truly excellent. As a client of long standing I could not be happier with the standard of service
Whilst I would prefer the surgery opening 6 days a week, I understand that there may be staffing issues. Plus, you can always go to the state of the art hospital at The Roundhouse if necessary. Location wise, not far. I believe all major surgery is performed at the hospital. Parking at both is easy.
A thoroughly professional and friendly practice in every way. Staff are always so pleasant and helpful!
My dog was in pain. Appointment offered within 2 hours. Diagnosis and treatment were exemplary. All staff are courteous, polite, helpful and friendly. Very happy with the whole experience. Dog pain free by following morning. Thank you.
Best vets about ! Very welcoming took great care of Nala when getting dressed and Lexi with her heart murmur , when asking questions they answered all and nothing is too much hassle x

Took my Yorkie in as an emergency, she had had a seizure, loss of balance and vomiting. No permanent vet now and the locum leaves at 2pm. Had to get a taxi to the Roundhouse. Adequately treated but felt my insurance details were more important than my pet.
The surgery is welcoming and friendly. I visited recently with 2 pets, my kitten for her first injection and my dog who is elderly and has serious health problems, both were treated with kindness and examined in a gentle and caring manner. I would not hesitate to recommend Pets’s N Vets Crookfur to anyone.
