   Although they aren't small animal specialists, I would trust them before I would trust Ark Vet's. Also, the cost for medicine is relatively cheap. Having staff that are understanding, caring and compassionate helps, too.

   Great experience for my Nana’s dog. The vet that helped us was so caring and understanding. Cannot remember his name but he had long hair in a pony tail. Not a long waiting time either :)

   Place is so amazing with help.kindness and considoration...we lost our son to cot death...we got neesha our rottweiler pup.9wks old.month or two after we lost our baby....neesha became our baby....pure sook.curly sue I called her coz of curly hair at top of her but....shd ended up going down hill rather quick...I knew we had to do what was best for her...and being 13 on nxt birthday...age got the better...always big warm smiles tail wags...communication with Ur dog....vets were a total dream at helping.with neesha.explaining everything that is going on and what need to do....vets if both of u read this thankyou so so so much.for Ur devoted help and guidance...neesha will be so missed....I'm missing her snoring already.as was rather vocal with her zzzz...every member of staff in PDSA deserve a gold heart medal..honestly u helped so much that honestly big huge thankyou from the bottom of our hearts for Ur help so so so much xxxxcuddlesxxxx..

   Absolutely shocking was picking up my dogs medication and there was a gorgeous black dogue de Bordeaux 2year old puppy being taken in to be euthanised, the reason, he was reactive and his owners couldn’t handle him - I am appalled the dog showed no signs of aggression in the car or while being dragged into the practice. The man’s response was he was rescued from a charity -well give him back to end a dogs life because you can’t control it is appalling, and as for the vet that agreed to this disgraceful treatment of a young dog - there is a place in hell for people like you !!!!!!

   I recently had to use this service as my small dog hurt his knee, the whole process was really simple, all the staff, especially the nurse my dog was examined by, were all lovely and really put my mind at ease. I was called for my appointment early and we were promptly on our way with some pain management for my dogs injury. I couldn't have been happier or any more impressed by the Glasgow East PDSA
