   A very busy pharmacy I've personally had some minor problems with this well pharmacy but the staff are great and very helpful at there job its just a very busy chemist at times and if u don't mind waiting then you will be fine.

   Dreadful pharmacy now. So inefficient . either not got available medication or have to wait for it coming in stock! I had a unpleasant run in with the new cheeky manager. The reason being I had to go out in dreadful weather to collect necessary medication which should have been given to my son on pickup of new prescription. An they failed to realise another item was also prescribed . Meaning that I had to go without important medication . something wrong with their system if they can't tie up customers prescription needless to say I will no longer be using this pharmacy and my prescription cancelled now by both parties . Should hy done it years ago

   Absolutely disgusted. Terrible customer service, rude and more concentrating on eating in the back of the room than customers waiting in a queue. None of my 5 medications prescribed in stock! Not even a nasal spray. The worse pharmacy I ever came across!!!

   Utterly useless, lie about them having your prescription even tho you know it’s been faxed over by doctors , this is over years by the way not just once, don’t want to deal with emergency prescriptions if it’s close to closing and the most door faced staff you can imagine there is a few exceptions Glad I changed pharmacy, most of them shouldn’t even be in a customer facing position there manner is terrible if zero stars was possible that’s what they would get

   I telephoned to see if my sons prescription was delivered by his gp surgery as it was supposed to be delivered few days ago. The lady who answered was rude and abrupt telling me she's rushed of her feet with no staff and she won't check for me at that time! My son needs his medication!

   Completely & utterly unprofessional staff, deliberately delaying prescriptions of mine and just aggressive attitude. Wasted almost 3 hours of mine over 1 prescription which they had but just kept saying come back. Never using the WELL Pharmacy on broomlands Street. Utter disgrace!

   Lovely happy staff always happy to help I took a funny turn one day and the girls from the pharmacy noticed and the pharmacist came out to make sure I w was OK but my taxi arrived I couldn't have been pleased that they were keeping an eye out for me until my taxi home......I can't thank them enough! And I can't find any need to complain..... Some times there really busy and u might have to wait a bit but what we have to remember is there going as fast as they can keep up the good work ladies x
