“SO busy .. but SO nice! I had my covid appointment today at the pharmacy, I had an appointment and was surprise to see such a queue. You can really feel how our NHS is under pressure under the tories! I must admit the sun was out and appart from the odd one everybody was in good spirit. The queue moved really fast and when it was my turn I was welcome with a smile from both the nurse and the pharmacist. Very caring attitude and very friendly. “It was a joy to visit this pharmacy today. After 24hrs chasing up much needed medication for my asthma and my usual pharmacy being brusk and unhelpful, these ladies were a breathe of fresh air. They treated every customer with respect, dispite pressures of a very busy store. I was feeling pretty low due to being unwell but sitting waiting for my script was a pleasure as I listened to the staff speak very pleasantly to every single customer. Well done and thank you.”
