They didn't have my son's prescription. I went back and they had to make it up. But it was ok. I used to go there as a child 50 years ago and it hasn't changed even a little.

This is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever used. Expect to wait a long time for your prescription - don't expect to get your complete order. They act like this is normal custom but it isn't. Considering the clientele is unwell people you would think they would try to improve their stock and wait times but it hasn't gotten any better so I give up using them. Consistently unreliable.
Very rude pharmacist. I've experienced inefficient pharmacists before, but nobody with such rudeness in my life. I'm glad I'll never have to use it again!

Went to get a flu jab. Very friendly staff, talked me through the entire process and made me feel very comfortable, would go there again next year
The staff are pleasant enough but the service is so slow. If you telphone them to check to see if your prescription is ready and you give them a time you want to collect it, it's never ready even if you turn up after the time stated. I waited 25minutes for my last prescription and instead of me waiting outside so the next person could go in they told me to take a seat, which caused a long queue outside.
