Firstly I'd like to say thankyou to Tracy who will be leaving for pastures new soon you will be sorely missed as you're so helpful and cheery that you've made every visit to the pharmacy a pleasure. My only gripe about the pharmacy is it can occasionally be quite an intimidating place to visit due to the local addicts collecting their fix of methadone which is why I'd suggest to anyone to avoid mid afternoon when collecting prescriptions as that seems to be when they're around. Apart from that it's a pharmacy I can't really say much as I only use it to collect my prescriptions but again I will say thankyou Tracy for everything I wish you all the success and happiness in your new job :)

Absolutely dreadful and rude service! Articles missing every sinlge month . My mother is severely disabled and cannot get to the pharmacy herself. The staff have shouted and threatened her , whenever she phones to reclaim missing items . This is a disgrace !

Really unhelpful lots of times Have got my prescription come through on my NHS app to be picked up to be told to ring my GP surgery, I am allowed to get my prescription as emergency prescription as without this medication would be fatal, they couldn’t do that! They were very rude just try to get u out the store as quickly as possible, had to go to the pharmacy down the road to ask any questions they were lovely but changed to boots pharmacy now so much better !

Small pharmacy but had what I needed at the time. Rather rude lady behind the counter, probably due to some unsavoury characters waiting for their 'legal heroin', or methadone as the NHS call it, who were rather rude to myself and other people. Why these people are made to stand outside wating for their 'medicine' is beyond me. They should be out of the way of other customers who don't need to be verbally harassed by smack heads.

There always seems to be an issue with my prescription I recognise that sometimes this is because of my GP. However there is never any good communication and the way I'm spoken to upsets and frustrates me. I often have other people pick up the prescriptions as I do not like attending the pharmacy see and and they have also expressed frustration with the way they are spoken to. I understand that it can be busy see and some customers can be rude but I always try to be polite. I have certain difficulties with my health both mental and physical which is noted and personally I feel like this has only made it worse.

Thank you so much, Sara, for helping my daughter in her hour of need. She was visiting Plymouth for the first time and had forgotten essential meds. Sara helped enormously when our GP surgery was being less then supportive and managed to sort everything out, with kindness and friendliness to a stranger. Exactly what you'd expect from a community pharmacy.
