I have found the staff & pharmacist to be very welcoming & friendly. Always on the ball with messaging when my prescriptions are ready to collect & on the occasions I’ve telephoned with a query the phone is answered quickly & again always with a helpful & pleasant response.

Not your friendly pharmacy I'm afraid. Very disappointed with the pharmacist as I later found out she could have prescribed me a treatment for oral thrush under a scheme where pharmacists are allowed to prescribe for certain ailments including oral thrush. She told me that the only way to get treatment was to go back to my doctor. She also didn't tell me that the pill in canestan, which I can buy over the counter, would also have treated oral thrush. She didn't even look at my throat. It was like I was a inconvenience to her and at first she spoke to me by shouting from the back of the shop instead of coming to the counter and continued to do this, only coming over to me to give me the name of the medication I need from my doctor written down on a 2inch scrap of paper. Not a good experience and I will stick to boots in the future who have always been very helpful.

less than 0, always shut. Never ever ask your GP to send prescription here. You wont get your medication.

Decide opening hours on the day and rarely answer the phone. The only way of finding out if they're open is by heading down in person, normally to find that they are shut for the day. Absolute shambles.

Always shut when it's supposed to be open. I can't get to the pharmacy until I finish work at 5 and it's never open at this time. Sometime it's shut during lunch hours. Get your medication sent to a different pharmacy this one is never open.

0 star, don’t answer their phones, never have the right amount of medication required. Often shut when it state’s they should be open. Appalling service.

Regularly shut when it's meant to be open, leaving us with no medication. Prescription are regularly not fulfilled meaning a trip to a different chemist (with the excuse that lloyds can't seem to get hold of that medication, other llyods seem to manage perfectly fine.). Often these are very important medications, which can not be missed, the pharmacy take no time to contact you to let you know they can not get the medication (which from experience is common practice in other pharmacies). I've made complaints before where it is promised that I will have feedback as this involved being left on a bank holiday with no prescription formula for my 3 month old son.... No outcome ever came back. The shop itself has next to nothing on the shelves 80% of the time. The staff are good and friendly but will leave people not served for 15+ minutes. When you try to ring the pharmacy it rings out 90% of the time meaning you can not check if your medication is available before travelling there but when waiting in the shop for the odd prescription they can fulfill staff are blatantly ignoring the phone while they chat to each other about TV programmes. Such poor service.
