Never anyone serving on the other till, and you end up waiting in the huge pharmacy queue for ages just to pay for something. If you mention that you aren’t even collecting a prescription they just make you wait still. The queue is consistently out the door every day of the week, I avoid going here at all costs.

This place is an utter joke. Every single time I go to collect a prescription they fob you off. Either they’ve only just received it, or high in fact they’ve had it for over a week. Their delivery has only just arrived so it’s not going to be ready until later today or tomorrow. I always give it enough time before trying to collect a prescription, however, not once have I ever gone to collect it & it’s ready. Usually hoots of staff but only one person working the counter. 4 years I’ve been using this place & fobbed off every time I go to collect. Unfortunately I’m stuck using this place as it’s close & I don’t drive. If you have an opportunity to use a different pharmacy then I would highly recommend doing so. Beyond useless, terrible pharmacy, don’t waste your time.

The pharmacy is closed for lunch from 12:45 to 13:30. Busy after 5PM until closing, maybe try earlier to reduce possible wait. Door sometimes locked after 5:30 with customer backlog inside to work through. Friendly & helpful. Flu vaccinations available.

Absolutely shocking service! Never ever answer the phone which means I have to take my new born up to the pharmacy and half the time they never have what she needs. If they answered the phone it would save an extra person in the que and save dragging a baby out unnecessary! Every time i go in there is the same lady who is rude to customers and doesn't understand the meaning of confidentiality!

Very polite staff considering they were severely under staffed. Always so helpful regardless how busy they are. Pity more customers aren't more sympathetic. They can't put prescriptions together if the doctors surgeries don't send it.

I understand that everyone is busy at the moment but leaving someone over by the counter for 30 mins and not being told to all queue at the prescriptions is wrong please close the other counter off so everyone will know if they want to buy something they must stand in the prescription queue

It was a joy to visit this pharmacy today. After 24hrs chasing up much needed medication for my asthma and my usual pharmacy being brusk and unhelpful, these ladies were a breathe of fresh air. They treated every customer with respect, dispite pressures of a very busy store. I was feeling pretty low due to being unwell but sitting waiting for my script was a pleasure as I listened to the staff speak very pleasantly to every single customer. Well done and thank you.
