The pharmacist is reliable, helpful and knowledgeable, the other staff seem to be short termers. I need lots of medication and my prescriptions are always ready on time

Order to store did arrive twice and was formula for baby, don’t deliver to store if you ever want your order.
I don’t know why they bother having a phone line because they never answer. Called 23 times over the course of the day with no luck.
Did not experience even mediocre customer service. Frequent standard at a lot of boots pharmacies. For those that remember - "cough, the computer says no !!".
They never answer the phone and when if they do the female staff member is just rude. I even recorded the call to be sure it was not me being rude due to my illness and I was correct she needs retraining
They never answer the phone . Tried phoning 6 times over period of 4 hours. Feel Monica attitude needs to be addressed. Rest of staff are excellent.
Staff are so friendly and the pharmacist is very helpful, he always makes time to speak to you and gives good advice, nothing is ever too much trouble.
