“The head pharmacist is always incredibly friendly and patient, they go out of their way to make sure I understood everything about my medication. They well also try and get any new medication out to you on the same day when you let them know a new medication has been added to your prescription. Its rare to find someone so approachable they took the time to answer all my questions without rushing. You can tell they truly care about their patients. It makes a real difference dealing with someone who is friendly and always remembers your name and this makes the service Click Care pharmacy offer more personable. Highly recommend.”

“I have been using this pharmacy for 10+ years. They have consistently provided excellent service. They deliver my blister packs on time each month and I have never had any issues. They also sell a wide range of products and the shop is always clean and tidy. I get my yearly flu jab from here too and it’s a fast and efficient process.”

“The staff at Peak Pharmacy are always friendly, helpful, and courteous. They’re professional and provide a great service every time you visit. The store is immaculate, well laid out, and has a good range of products. They also offer useful services like weightloss injections and flu vaccinations. There’s plenty of parking nearby and a doctor’s surgery just across the road, which is really convenient. The only downside is that service can be quite slow, and you often have to wait a while, but the staff’s professionalism and care make up for it.”

“Excellent service every time I visit, I receive a text message when medication is ready and when I go to collect I’m in and out very swiftly. The pharmacists are very helpful, my 3 year old boy had a pain in the ear, after listening on the news about the new pharmacy first service, I thought I’d ask the pharmacist before attempting to make an appointment with the GP, during the consultation the pharmacist checked inside the ear, was very professional throughout and was able to give him antibiotics, saved me a lot of time and hassle, highly recommend”

“Just wanted to give a positive review despite the end result not being positive. Went to collect some ADHD medication prescribed by my doctor as was told it was in stock at this boots branch. Turns out it wasn't. The manager of the place (and of the cripps boots) could see I was visible upset and stressed by this (as it's been 2-3 weeks with no medication) and instead of just rushing me off Or moving onto next person in queue actually took the time to take me aside, talk me thru this and actually provide more help, context and support than I think i've ever received from a pharmacy before. Didn't get the tablets but the fact that this person took the time to help out someone clearly frustrated and upset with a situation that was none of their own doing really was some great customer service I havent seen in a while. Wanted to reach out and state i really appreciated this.”
