Waste of time, poor services. I wish QMC change prescriptions accepted by all pharmacies. Massive people waiting for their medications and staffs only chatting

Had to drive at close to midnight for an emergency prescription... Everyone was so helpful and friendly even late at night. Amazing service for a busy hospital pharmacy.

Staff provide an amazing service especially with it being in a busy hospital. Yes, there will be waiting times as in any pharmacy but people need to keep in mind this is a HOSPITAL pharmacy, catering to the many, many people that go through there on an hourly basis. They try their best to cater to everyone's need's. The waiting area is somewhat small but there are many cafe's and coffee shops available.

I had a prescription to take from the pediatric for my son. The lady who took my prescription was lovely, she was chatty and kind ask the relevant questions regarding the medication. She said the wait is around 40 minutes which wasn't an issue. I went for a coffee to pass time. Then went back after 45 minutes. waited in the queue to collect and waited another 30 minutes it's too long. Staff can see the Queue getting bigger but seemed to be ignored. Eventually, I get to the front and was told the prescription isn't available due to a shortage. I ask how long until it's available so I can make arrangements to collect and she shrugged her shoulders and said she doesn't know, I wasn't given a receipt or anything for the prescription. Not even a follow-up, about the prescription which has been 2.5 weeks. They need to sort the timings out I get that they are busy sorting medication out for patients on the wards etc but please sort the waiting times outs. Have medication ready to go when you call the number on screen rather than calling the number and making people wait has the medication isn't ready to collect. Other than wait times I have never had any problems with this pharmacy, the staff I have spoken to on all different occasions have always been polite, informative.

Absolutely appalling service. 3.45pm arrival with 30 minute wait time on the board. 70 minutes later to pick 2 pieces of medication. They use a numbered system, except they struggle with it as they just pick in any order they feel like. People are waiting in agony and took over an hour for 2 items of medication. Disgusting service

Absolutely brilliant service!! Shout out to Kashaf. He delivered an amazing customer service experience, going to extreme lengths to get the job done. Communication was prompt and nothing was a major ask. My son got his medicine quicker than expected due to his perseverance, as we were due to travel a lot sooner then first thought. Professional and polite. He even sorted a cooler bag for it. This has reminded me of a time customers were placed first and mattered and not just numbers. Thank you!!

Bad attitude and rude unapologetic staff. Guy who took the prescription did not greet me or use any manners whatsoever and had a bad expression but hey ho. The main proboem was as follows: Was waiting for 50 mins to collect my prescription but never showed up on the screen. Saw a couple of people come after me collect their prescriptions so went to talk to staff again and they found the medicine dumped on top of a shelf. The woman who was wearing a hizab had a bad attitude gave the medicines and swanned off immediately without any apologies for the delay and their mistake of not putting it on the screen and for dumping the medicine on top of a shelf out of the way. Not happy with the staff at this pharmacy at all.
