   shocking pharmacy. came here a couple times to buy somethings and can't help but notice every time I'm in the pharmacists moody behaviour. the poor staff seem straight backed like they're not allowed to utter a word around her and witnessed her speaking to a member of staff once like they were one of her dogs or her children!! seems like she's never happy at all! absolutely appalling when mr mistry who used to run it was always lovely and kind to his customers and staff.

   Came in just over 2 weeks ago. Waited half an hour for a bp check when I was told 5 minutes. Bought this up to the pharmacist and she was very disrespectful and careless about it. Definitely not coming here again!

   I have been using my local pharmacy for a while now and every single time I walked in there I get warm and affectionate welcome from the Goshen pharmacy. You all attend to our needs with your professionalism. I can't fault you all. Lovely to have you in our neighbourhood. Keep the good work.

   Always met with a pleasant greeting from all staff, but in particular, the pharmacist. she is kind, compassionate, and very personable. She goes above and beyond. We get text messages to inform of when the prescriptions are in and always a prompt service. I'm so glad we moved here from the previous pharmacy a few years ago and wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you for being fabulous!

   I have been visiting goshen's pharmacy in top valley for at least 8 months for regular daily medication I am on and it's the best service I have ever received from any pharmacy and the pharmacist is so friendly and always have my prescription and if my doctors have not ordered as they were supposed to without ne even asking the staff will chase it up to be sure it's there when I come the following day I am always greeted with a smile and excellent service and aswell as all this the prices of their cleaning products, hair, products, perfumes and toiletries are some of the cheapest around I give the pharmacy and every single member of staff a big 10/10 for spectacular customer service and the rest thanks for making such a boring chore be so pleasurable xxxxx

   Since changing management from Mistrys this pharmscy has gone downhill. Prescriptions often not ready even when they say they are, items missing, incorrect quantities & they argue it is never their fault. I've now changed to Tesco. I would avoid.
