   Just wanted to give a positive review despite the end result not being positive. Went to collect some ADHD medication prescribed by my doctor as was told it was in stock at this boots branch. Turns out it wasn't. The manager of the place (and of the cripps boots) could see I was visible upset and stressed by this (as it's been 2-3 weeks with no medication) and instead of just rushing me off Or moving onto next person in queue actually took the time to take me aside, talk me thru this and actually provide more help, context and support than I think i've ever received from a pharmacy before. Didn't get the tablets but the fact that this person took the time to help out someone clearly frustrated and upset with a situation that was none of their own doing really was some great customer service I havent seen in a while. Wanted to reach out and state i really appreciated this.

   Very long wait times every time I've been here. Not much space to queue either- the line always ends by the entrance, and when other customers want to come in to queue there's simply no more space ... The pharmacy desperately needs a redesign as there's only one till with only one pharmacist on the till. There have been two pharmacists serving customers previously but it's quite chaotic that way since there's only one small till ..... The staff are very nice and they do their best don't get me wrong- I feel bad for them that they have these working conditions. This is a note to management- please do something about this as the demand is quite high and there's only one pharmacy in the area.

   1. They will NOT pick up the phone - don't even bother ringing, the phone is not connected to the pharmacy. 2. No communication whatsoever - no text alerts, no emails, no nhs app communications. 3. Have routinely had missing stock. 4. No attempt to try and solve your issue, i have had other pharmacies suggest options which I had to relay back to them

   Absolutely abysmal service. If you call to confirm if medication has arrived they put the phone down on you without answering.

   Massive queue every time you come in, no urgency, most employees don't seem to be doing anything.

   They never answer the phone and their customer service is pretty terrible. There's maybe one or two people who are decent, the rest are more interested in personal conversations and ignoring customers. A simple "I'll be right with you" takes two seconds.

   God forbid you need to speak to someone on the phone at this pharmacy. Been trying to get through to a member of staff there for days. Feel sorry for the elderly that can't get about as easily and would need to contact the pharmacy via phone rather than going there themselves. Update: been trying to call now for 5 whole days and still no answer. I have a question to ask which would literally take 10 seconds over the phone instead I will now need to take over an hour out of my day just to go there, and queue up to ask them in person. I cannot understand how this is an acceptable way to treat patients.

   Most of the time ok and usually in and out within 15 minutes. Busy and pleasant staff. But sometimes closed 20 mins earlier than advertised, which is really frustrating. Takes over a week to notify that your prescription is ready... some days can't get a telephone call answered.
