   Every time I go and get a prescription it is a 30-50min wait. When I ask sometimes I am ignored and left waiting, they don't even open on time, they just stand around talking.

   Totally shocking service. Went in for a prescription. I was the only person in the pharmacy. Said be 5 mins. Sat for 40 mins. Went up to ask and they said it was ready 35mins ago but nobody bothered to shout me that it was ready. Terrible staff. Didn’t bother to apologise, go to another pharmacy.

   Couldn't organise a piss-up in a brewery. Booked twice to have my flu jab privately, each time a few days in advance and having to take time off work to go. Went the first date in September to be told the pharmacist hadn't turned up to work and no one else could administer it. So I thought I'll give them a second chance. Booked this appointment last week over the phone with a lady who took all my details. Turned up this morning to be told there was no flu vaccine left. They must have known yesterday they had run out and I'm so mad no one called to at least let me know. Instead wasting my time yet again and having to take more time off work only to be turned away. Honestly a joke. Have given up and will not be returning again.

   I’ve never had any problems here, meds are available when they’re supposed to be, the staff are polite and helpful. Quite unusual for a pharmacy in my experience.

   Some of the women staff are really helpful, although the pharmacist bloke Mark he is very thoughtful as he knows his job really well and always points me in the right direction of my medication on how to take it etc and he puts me at ease and also he's very knowledgeable and knows his stuff. Top man.

   Went to pick up a prescription at 1.30pm when it was supposed to open and they said the pharmacist wasn’t back from their lunch so I had to wait a further 15 minutes with a young child who needed his medicine. Won’t be going here again and wouldn’t recommend.
