Very impressed with all the changes that have happened here. Laura and the rest of the team are polite and helpful and medication orders are going through so much quicker than then have in the past.
Absolutely brilliant service. I got a prescription from my GP went in to pick it up the Pharmacist told me not to take my statin, I would not have known the GP didn't tell me! Was referred to them on a Saturday morning by 111 the Pharmacist saw me he was lovely and put my mind at rest, saved me a few hours waiting in A&E ! So I would just like to say thank you so much on both counts.
I've given 5 stars as never really had any bad experiences. Sometimes waiting times can vary, but hey, be fair, this is a very busy pharmacy and it's also small. They have to deal with walk ins , GP prescriptions, repeat prescriptions and people wanting some one to one advice. Then they have dozens of boxes delivered daily that quite often are stacked up to the ceiling. They really do thier best, no I'm not a staff member, just a customer, but please... give them a break !!!
If I could give this place 0 stars I would, left me and my little girl waiting for an hour, after being referred there from the doctors, for them to turn around and tell me they haven’t got the right equipment and they had the same problem yesterday. If they had the same problem yesterday why did they not turn me away to begin with instead of wasting an hour. They weren’t bothered about it either no apology or anything. Waste of time going here don’t bother.
I moved from Dorset to Derbyshire. Needing a repeat prescription monthly I was concerned that I wouldn't get the brands that I need. The pharmacist was so friendly, helpful and knew the reason why this was needed. I had no reason to worry and customer service was great. Nothing negative to say at all.
Always a first class service here. Never had a problem. Polite helpful staff. Pharmacist's excellent.
Awful!! Way over the top covid restrictions. Staff with mask AND screen AND line to stand behind. Couldn't hear what she said cos of these things, terrible for anyone hard of hearing. Having your personal information shouted over the shop!! Worst place I've been in throughout the pandemic for the way people are treated! Would give zero stars if possible.
I use this pharmacy as it's near where I live, I find all the staff very friendly, happy and very professional when I need advice, they are a great bunch of ladies who do a fantastic job. Thankyou girls I always leave with a smile on my face. Keep up the great service you provide your a credit to your employers.
If I could this would be no stars. Disgusting and very unprofessional staff, with no communication skills whatsoever. Isn't running around getting my twins prescribed milk your job. Take your prescriptions to Boots. Even in this crisis they have got mine in stock next day delivery.
