   Staff and doctors are super friendly and understanding of my health needs these have been my family doctors from birth and have built up a strong bond with all the GPs there from the receptionist staff to Dr Lynas and Dr Ilyas who I owe my gratitude to them for looking after me and making me feel welcomed. Despite all the reputation about lack of appointments they always try and fit you in despite sometimes not everyone getting a face to face appointment, which is a issue at some doctor's but the doctors are all very thorough and supportive and will try and triage you to ensure you get an appointment. Don't let the lack of appointments get you down these doctors are the best.

   I frequently have to call into or speak to medical staff at the surgery regarding my elderly mum ..….and at the moment she is needing a lot of input from the surgery staff .. Ever member of the team …is always very helpful..supportive and caring ….so ultimately mum gets the best care ever ! .. Thank you Park surgery for everything…from her daughter Sarah and Pam ..

   Been on waiting list for COVID vaccine for over a year to be told they stopped doing it a long time ago. Advised to call 119 to discuss but query cannot be answered on 119. Shocking as you'd expect.

   Recently registered with the surgery and needed a medication review, this was done over the telephone by Tami an ANP, first of all I would like to say how she welcomed me to the surgery and how relaxed she made me feel, I normally dread speaking to the doctors because I suffer with health anxieties and anxiety in general, she was absolutely lovely and a obvious credit to the surgery, thank you so much

   I was suffering with an ear infection for quite some time during the COVID pandemic. I saw an ANP at Park Surgery recently and she prescribed a medication that solved the problem within a week. I'm very grateful for the care and attention. Truly brilliant. They always help solve health issues at Park Surgery from my experience. Many thanks to everyone involved. The people on front desk are extremely professional and helpful. Just wish there were more of them to direct the huge influx of patients to the necessary help for this ever growing community.

   One of the best surgeries I've been registered to. Phoned for an urgent appointment and they managed to sort a phone appointment for the same day. I wasn't expecting a call till the afternoon but the doctor called me in half an hour and saw me before twelve. Excellent service.
