The pharmacist today 29th May every time I come in you and your staff are so respectful and kind. I don’t know names (sorry) but you always make time for your customers just want to say a huge thank you as customer service sadly lacks some times , but yours has never even when you are so busy.
had a fantastic experience with Hannah at the pharmacy today. She carried out my pill review efficiently, saving me the hassle of waiting for a doctor’s appointment. I wanted to leave a huge thank you for the female pharmacist that helped me in a moment of need. I suffer with UTI’s a lot and west Hallam medical are very slow to help. I was advise to seek a private prescription at the pharmacy across the road. The female pharmacist on site was friendly, happy to help and clearly cares a lot for patients welfare. I did an over the phone consultation which allowed the pharmacist to prescribe the antibiotics I needed. If that hadn’t been an option, I’d have found myself waiting in the walk in centre for many hours. I really wish I’d taken her name but I am forever grateful for her help that day. She is an absolute credit to the pharmacy!
Thank you for doing Covid boosters. The pin on the map is in slightly the wrong place as there was a few of us wandering around lost. The pharmacy is actually at the other end of Tesco opposite the doctors.
They did my Covid booster with no fuss at all, in and out in no time wish I'd gone here for the others.
Friendly staff who always have a treat for our dog. Great service prescription service very efficient.
