“I went to Lloyds a couple weeks ago to discuss weight loss medication options as I am overweight but not obviously, I have been struggling the last couple years despite calorie counting, running, swimming and weight training. Spoke to the pharmacy Ben and he suggested Monjaro but I have a huge needle phobia, he understood and even showed me what the pen looked like and the size of a needle used. I couldn't face it then so I went back Monday and the lady behind the counter suggested to come back to see Ben again to discuss further and she would put a Monjaro ready but no pressure if I decide I can't do it, very reassuring. I went back today, terrified and had a weight consultation with Ben, again he was very understanding and patient, talked me through everything and I finally did it, as he suggested, I did it myself so I know what to do for the next jabs. I am so grateful for his support, help and patience with me, couldn't of faced my fear without him. Thank you!!!”

“The members of staff working in the North Street, Crewe, branch are amazing. Not one of the staff are abrupt or rude. They have always made me feel good and kept me calm when there have been any issues. Which I may add have never been down to them. Usually issues occur from the surgery I use that causes the staff at this chemist problems which they always manage to resolve. They are brilliant and don’t always get the appreciation they deserve. “This Pharmacy appears to be one of the better pharmacies around the local area, it's well organised and appear to have the prescriptions in without having to mess around with part prescriptions or having to wait for remaining items to arrive. The queues are generally low, 1 or 2 persons which is good to see. Parking can be the only obstacle here but there is a 1.5hr free parking at Farmfoods in the next street, 50m away.”

“I'm on holiday locally and embarrassingly I had come without my tablets. I submitted an Emergency Prescription request via the NHS app to collect at this chemist. The lady who served me couldn't have been more pleasant, friendly and helpful. She quickly sorted the request for me, providing me with enough tablets for a month, to save having to pay again for the prescription and I left with the said tablets. “Posted by J Edwards - I have just been to Superdrug Pharmacy to buy some Sudafed for my sinusitis. I was lucky enough to get to see Ray (?) for a consultation, he was just great - friendly, approachable, listened to what I had to say, checked my throat, etc and prescribed me antibiotics as I have tonsillitis as well. I was feeling dreadful, but know that once the tablets work, I will be feeling human again. Many thanks”
