Seems to be a prevalent attitude problem here. Every time I pick something up there is a passive aggressive comment or complaint made from the back. If reading this you probably think I'm being a problem to get this treatment, but I'm literally just giving them my name, address and what I'm picking up and then being made to feel like a bad guy because they have to do their job and hand me medication

Terrible. Took nearly 2 weeks to order a medication which every other chemist had, but they couldn't get. I understand that things are all computerised, but this medication is vital for me and without it I suffer. I had not had any at all for 3 days, and was told on Friday that it would be in on Monday. On Monday there was no sign of it. My daughter went and was told to get onto the GP and request a different strength, meanwhile I am suffering. The clinical pharmacist from my GPs surgery rang me and told me that the medication was showing as in stock and should be there on Tuesday (this is at another branch of Wells, 2 miles away). I rang on Tuesday and was told that they use different suppliers and it is not in stock. The person I spoke to was quite impatient and said 'well, it's not showing as in stock here'. I told her I was under investigation for a condition and needed it urgently, as I was beginning to feel ill. I was told that 'I wasn't the only one waiting for it'. I had to get on to my GP and the person I spoke to very kindly arranged for another prescription to be sent to Tesco Pharmacy and within a couple of hours, I had my medication. I have only used this small chemist a couple of times, because of this palava and my prescription was sent there in error. This is almost 2 weeks later and my nominated chemist is now Tesco and I'm praying that I never have to use that chemist and it's impatient and unhelpful staff again!!

New system. You have to order a week before now. However even this does not work. 8 days and had to demand the prescription as had run out 2days ago. Under staffed and all on a computer system that clearly does not work. Never had a problem no personal service just a number on a computer screen and no care. Totally rubbish. Will have to go elsewhere . The wait now to pick up is nearly an hour. You have been warned.

I have been using this Pharmacy for 5 years now and have always found staff to be friendly and helpful also always had the right prescription, I have repeat prescriptions and have them electronically sent to them so it saves me time and effort. Also good parking , I have had bad experiences at other pharmacys,like Eagle Bridge

They're OK, but not particularly friendly. Also, my son has a repeat prescription for various items, but each time we tick a box for one of them and drop it in they give us another one instead! It's so frustrating, and it often takes two or three attempts to get the right item!
