I must give a shout-out to the staff and Pharmacist at Trentham Pharmacy. They cover a huge area so are often busy but always deal with everyone as quickly as possible. The staff are always pleasant and helpful. The Pharmacist is very kind and patient with staff and customers. It's a pleasure to be a customer.
Amazing. Our usual pharmacy didn't have the prescription that we'd been waiting a week for (mounjero), they informed us via patient access that they had it in stock, yet actually didn't. Our usual pharmacy always has these issues lately. It was injection day for my vulnerable mother (the stress of our usual pharmacy mishaps could've given her a seizure). After ringing around various pharmacies I could realistically get to, Trentham Pharmacy had it in & also informed us that there are no supply issues so our usual pharmacy should've ideally had it in. The staff here were instantly welcoming, smiling upon entry and made me feel at ease - which is great as I'm ND & suffer from anxiety so feel on edge when socialising haha. Not only were they able to sort out my Mum's prescription for me, they also gave me some freebies for my eczema. I'm now considering using this pharmacy rather than our regular one.
I'm on holiday locally and embarrassingly I had come without my tablets. I submitted an Emergency Prescription request via the NHS app to collect at this chemist. The lady who served me couldn't have been more pleasant, friendly and helpful. She quickly sorted the request for me, providing me with enough tablets for a month, to save having to pay again for the prescription and I left with the said tablets. Proper friendly customer service. Thank you.

They don’t answer the phone? Is their any point in having one? You turn up their and the prescription isn’t ready. Wasted travel time when all they had to do was pick up the phone.

Always very friendly and efficient when I call in for my prescription. Had my flu vaccination here today and the locum pharmacist, Ernie, who did it was excellent didn't feel a thing.
