“Excellent service, Mr Singh will go to any amount of trouble to sort any medical issues. It can sometimes be busy but I always come out satisfied. “I’ll be honest – I had lost faith in Boots because of a terrible experience at their Telford store, which is, without a doubt, the worst store ever in UK. The service there was appalling, and the way they treat customers is unacceptable. However, this particular store has completely restored my trust in the brand. Every time I pop in, I receive the best service, and it’s always a positive experience. I especially want to commend one of the managers. I didn’t catch his name, but he’s an Asian male with glasses who consistently goes above and beyond. His professionalism, helpfulness, and dedication to excellent customer service are exceptional. Thank you to this store and its amazing team for showing how customer service should be done. If only all Boots stores operated like this one!”
