Received excellent care at Boots opticians, Walsall. Very reassured as had a thorough eye check and staff are very competent and helpful.
Who's bright idea was it to close the pharmacy between 1pm until 2pm the only time people who are at work (yes there are still some of us that still work in Walsall) can get their prescritions. Whilst I appreciate everyone needs a break surely they could work it out between themselves?
I’ll be honest – I had lost faith in Boots because of a terrible experience at their Telford store, which is, without a doubt, the worst store ever in UK. The service there was appalling, and the way they treat customers is unacceptable. However, this particular store has completely restored my trust in the brand. Every time I pop in, I receive the best service, and it’s always a positive experience. I especially want to commend one of the managers. I didn’t catch his name, but he’s an Asian male with glasses who consistently goes above and beyond. His professionalism, helpfulness, and dedication to excellent customer service are exceptional. Thank you to this store and its amazing team for showing how customer service should be done. If only all Boots stores operated like this one!
I'd give 0 if I could. My husband and I took the day off work to go for travel advice and vaccinations. I booked online a few days ago. Despite getting numerous reminders when we got there we were told that there was no one to give us that advice. They could have cancelled before we trudged through the cold weather. Now we have to book somewhere else and take more time off.
Pros: •Advantage card points. •Generally a clean and well faced up store. •Staff are usually very friendly and you rarely see them chatting around with their colleagues. •Things are generally easy to find within the store. Cons: •Pharmacy NEVER answer the phone no matter what time of day you ring. •Pharmacy are always short staffed- when I go in person I’d be at the front of the queue, then the queue would build then I’d be told to sit down for half hour while everyone else would get their prescriptions straight away
I came tovcollect my online order on the 25th part had arrived she said its saying its due today my information said it was delivered the 24th I went back into store this Monday still could not find my order why ask what date you would like if its not going to be there ..I've been on the phone to customer services 45 mins no answer..I then phoned store 15 minutes later sorry unavailable I'm loosing the will to live
I went there in a rush. I asked a girl who was working there about the product I was looking for straightaway after entering and she told me without hesitation. She was short but her help made her big in my eyes. Thanks to you.
Boots, Walsall. Long term in the same location so everyone knows where to find it. The lighting was dim inside to save costs but all it really did was made it look a bit dingy. Assistants were exceptionally helpful and polite.
