   Put in for my antidepressants and was rejected without reason. I had 5 tablets left so considering how long itll take to be sent out to me I assumed it was a good time for a refill but alas my request was rejected so 2 days later I put in for them again and 3 days later on I'm still waiting for them to be approved. Im down to 1 tablet... what a joke

   Rude staff! They shout personal and medical details from one end of the shop to the other for the everybody to ear Prescription never on time and staff try to blame custom for their mistakes

   Murrays pharmacy go above and beyond either in the pharmacy or on the phone I cannot say anything negative about them as they helped myself and my Mrs out 100 % the staff in murrays are amazing polite andvery helpful 2 thumbs up

   Rude staff as reviews from others clarify, Murray’s had gone down hill massively since 1990’s! Only used a couple of times as they’re so appalling Often wonder what Clive Murray would think of how it’s being run now, reviews are saying not much positive! Murray’s also only reply to positive reviews, one star are ignored, says a lot about customers satisfaction!

   Absolutely disappointed. Went in for some calpol for my 2 month old. With her having injections it was a necessary. The woman behind the counter jayne. Or Jane. How ever its spelt I don't care. Refused me, and told me they do not sell calpol to under 2 months, I explained to her its was important I grab some for the baby as she has had her injections. Again I was refused. Told to get a prescription. I rang my GP to clarify. They told me it was not right for them to have dismissed my requested and had never heard of anybody refusing to sell calpol. I rang the pharmacy to Complain and was told I didn't explain myself enough or there was a misunderstanding... I don't think so Karen! Absolutely disgraceful! Do not recommend this unprofessional pharmacy. Absolutely ridiculous. Revolting behaviour, scaring a new mom.. like they had.

   This chemist has been my family pharmacy for many years. They are very kind and always go the extra mile for you. They've helped out my dad and myself on many occasions, I wouldn't want my prescriptions done anywhere else. Thank you for all of your help!!
