   This pharmacy has now closed, we were told it would be May when we asked last week. Received a text on Friday evening to collect some medication we had been waiting for, forgot over weekend went Monday evening and they have closed down.

   I won't ever use again. Ordered via lloyds direct as we have done for over a year but our usual branch closed. We Went in store twice and told there wasn't a prescription. Then it was marked as collected 2 days later, we haven't collected it. I have rung numerous times over the past 4 days and they do not answer the phone. So they have potentially and dangerously given medication to the wrong person. And the person who actually needs the medication is now having the hassle of trying to get a new prescription for medication thats marked as collected. This was the 1st time using this branch, and is the first time we have ever had issues with Lloyd's direct. I can also see now with other reviews that there is a long standing issue with this pharmacy that hasn't resolved in over a year.

   Just ignored for 5 minutes by 2 staff putting stock away. Dont mind waiting even if not busy, just being acknowledged would have been useful and told there was a delay.

   Called about 5 times. Wouldn't have called so frequently if it was not serious. They do not pick up the phone and my prescription has been sent here. I do not want to waste a 25 min journey if it is not ready.

   If you expect an efficient, timely service don't use Lloyds Pharmacy in Sainsbury's at Wednesfield. In 6 months, I have never yet been able to obtain my elderly mum’s (monthly) prescription on time and/or without difficulty. Every month they have a different ‘reason’ for the problem, blaming the GP surgery, the computers, the items not being on the system, problems obtaining items and, once, even having to wait for the pharmacist to park her car. Needless to say, i feel i have been patient and given them the benefit of the doubt but enough is enough. I shall go elsewhere in future. In order to post this review i have had to award one star - they do not deserve it.

   Usually refuse to answer phone and cut you off if they do manage to answer. Used to send text when medicine ready but don't do that now. So you travel there and take gamble as to whether your surgery has sent your prescription.

   Used to be great but over the last few months no one answers phone . I can't drive so ringing for prescription was great. But if no one answers over the time of 3/4 hour and other time kept going fax. In the end had to get main sainsburys to go and tell them. Got excuse short of staff.
