   Would be zero stars if it was possible Use to be one of the best chemist in the area, but has declined over the years, ever since the two brothers stepped back from the business. There is always a problem with prescriptions, either ordering or the chemist never having the stock available. It feels like they are trying to put up every barrier possible to the patient and just want to blame the patient.

   when i came to this pharmacy it was good but the last 3 months or so its gone down hill takes a week for a delivery then always some thing wrong or missing. Even when i spoke to the owner she didnt care the manger or owner is also very rude

   Could not meet prescription quantity in full (person in front of me had a similar experience). Offered to deliver balance of prescription next day but waited in all day and the delivery didn't happen. No phone call from Pharmacy so I had to make another visit the following day to complete the prescription but apologies were in short supply.

   5 star service nothing is ever any trouble. This pharmacy I have been using for many years and I would not go anywhere else. I do hope they will keep trading for many years to come, as they are second to none!!

   I've been let down by Newbridge Pharmacy on a couple of occasions when asking for repeat prescriptions. Most recently, the request was not made to my GP leaving me without medication that should not be stopped immediately. I've decided to change my pharmacy. (That said, I do think it is which staff members you get on the day).
