“Ravinder, our personal banker, was very helpful and friendly. Actually, the whole atmosphere was very welcoming from the first moment we stepped into the bank and were guided over the seats to wait for our personal banker, no more than 5 minutes. They helped us as if we were their first customers of the day when we went an hour before closing - sorry guys, it's still Saturday for us! :) thanks a lot!! We felt treated as human beings better than a number and that's nothing a higher interest rate can beat! Very happy with our choice!”

“Aisles are wider than other stores so there is plenty of room for the disabled & infirm to shop. Shelves stocked on a regular basis & not too much a wait at the tills.”

“For a smaller Asda Supermarket there is a good choice of essentials. Staff are always helpful. I've purchased obviously grocerues but must say there fresh flowers are extreme good value and choice and last sometimes at least 2 weeks.”

“Shopping at Donnington store today after a long time between visits. Travelling on escalator from Upper floor to ground my hubby who struggles with the effects of Parkinsons missed stepping off the escalator and fell. Two wonderful people who were behind us helped out and stayed with him while I paid for Shopping so I could get him home. The staff nearby were also very quick to respond were attentive and helped me complete my purchases through the checkout. I can't thank you all enough. Sorry I didn't get anyone's names. I think her name was LJ Hennessy. Despite being busy with only 2 of them serving at the counters, she thoroughly provided what I required & clarified some queries.
