   Absolutely shocking and unprofessional behaviour. This store needs to retrain some of its staff. You are working for one of the biggest food retailers.    Spend a lot of money in here and PROMISED the more you spend the more reward points you get, this is not the case, even after the reward card is scanned the points do not go on, am I the only one to notice this ? When the problem was pointed out to staff all she said was “yes it’s a waste of time really”. Sort it out Asda

   Majority of the staff need a personality transplant. There were 4 chatting with each other by the medicine shelf so I said excuse me the one turned round, rolled her eyes and then she moved - they carried on with their conversation which was about another member of staff that they didn't like. Today I brought a cherry bakewell cake off the bread counter and it tasted like lemon cake. It looked like a cherry bakewell, but it was definitely lemon. The staff were probably too busy chatting.

   I went in Asda sedgley today was in a hurry so decided to use self service not very savy with this so asked for help! was greeted by a female member of staff who said do it yourself as if to say self explanatory, who was quite rude hope this is not going to be my next experience ot Asda if sowill be off my shopping list!

   Store needs to make sure checkout clerks are aware of the challenge 25. Everytime I go in I'm asked for ID as im clearly over 25 I don't carry ID as I don't get asked anymore, haven't for a while but always in this shop. A friend also has this issue but she was asked by someone who went to her school and was younger than her she said I know you're old enough but I have to ask... Parking spaces larger than normal, Prices more expensive than my next local Asda but a good stock of George.

   I went in on Sunday and we went too the self checkout,and a member of staff with blond shoulder length hair was very rude because I was in a wheelchair,you need too move out the way so other ppl can get through,why didn't you goto the wheelchair isle,we did but No1 was on it,well I will find some1 too go on even though we had already rung up some items, she was very rude and had no respect for me whatsoever, I even moved right out of the checking area and she still was watching mei won't be giving sedgley Asda my money again,this isn't the 1st time they have been rude too me check Ur staff Asda horrible ppl
