   0 Stars if I could! I shop here all the time and spend over £1000 a month in here!! Went shopping there yesterday only to see the bleach was leaking at the self check out. We managed to swap this however when I sat in my car i noticed beach stains on my hoodie! I went back inside and the lady said they need the receipt. Who keeps an old receipt for a jumper they have had for over 6 months? I said i don't have the receipt but I can show you the exact jumper which is still online, She said yes that's fine. At the time there was no reception inside so we said we will come back tomorrow with the screenshot. Came back today and some bloke who was so rude said they cant refund unless i have the receipt!! Hold on a minute, your leaking product ruined my clothes and you wont do anything about this!! Wont be coming back here again that's for sure!! Rude incompetent staff!

   Ive been visiting asda for 15 years and the past year I've noticed the vegetable section is not up to standard. The vegetables are rotten and everytime I've looked the cauliflower is always looking mouldy round the edges and parsnips are rotten. The vegetables used to last for a couple of days but not anymore the vegetables don't look a fresh anymore. I won't be buying vegetables there anymore

   I had a very upsetting experience at Asda Bloxwich. I went in to buy gift cards, but the manager, Rachel, refused to authorise the purchase. He accused me of lying and suggested it could be fraud. I felt humiliated and believe I was treated unfairly and discriminated against because of the colour of my skin. Customers deserve respect and fairness, not accusations or prejudice.

   A 1 star rating is being generous! Visiting the store first thing on a Sunday you would expect at least some scan and go scanners to be available, having been on charge all night but no. So resorted to the app, which failed half way round the store.. annoying but not the end of the world. However, the biggest issue at this store is poor management. I can go to Tesco or Morrisons on a Sunday and the shelves are stacked and all stock at the front of the shelves. The same cannot be said for Asda; there were people on their knees reaching to the back of shelves to see and reach stock, this is madness. Several times during my visit I lifted unopened surplus products from the top and restocked the shelves myself. There were cages of cardboard and unloaded pallets all over the place, making the small isles even more difficult to navigate. I still spent over £100 in store but ended up in Morrisons to complete my shop. This Asda is a disaster area and management need to brush up on their service skills.. it’s not rocket science!! The staff are mostly really helpful but at times I can see their frustration when customers are clearly disappointed with the state of the store. Asda, you need to do better.

   Absolutely terrible experience today. An old lady with blonde hair glasses around 70 yrs old was extremely rude and impolite when asking where the freezer isle was (this isn't my local store) ended up buying "fresh" hit chicken to take home to the kids only to find it was rock hard and completely devoid of any moisture clearly having been left in the heater all day ended up throwing it in the bin kids wouldn't eat it! Sort yourselves out asda bloxwich disgusting attitudes service and products!!

   The store is tiny. Couldn't find what I was after, I'm guessing it's not stocked there, but that's fine, I was only passing thru. Staff are very friendly, I would give it 3 stars, but the cleaners there deserve a pay rise. As a cleaner who owns and manages a cleaning business, I can definitely say the cleaners are excellent at their job.
