    I have lived on the surrounding estate for 20 years and used this convenience store weekly. I own a v small, elderly dog and have often popped in regularly with him under my arm (which the staff have ok’d) just to pick up 1 or 2 items rather than leave him outside and risk him being taken… Today however was a different story! A middle aged worker came from the side offices shouting excuse me in front of the other shoppers to tell me I had to leave as I had my dog! Now this is fair enough but there is a way of doing this… she was unprofessional, she didn’t offer to help me by putting my 2 items through the self serve till, she didn’t offer to hold my dog for 30 seconds while I paid. I was asked to leave and had to walk out feeling very humiliated. I will never step foot in this shop again which is down to this 1 member of staff. I have only high praise for all the other staff I have had the pleasure of meeting over the past 20 years. What a shame this 1 person has had such an impact.

    What you get can be good. Store is constantly out of items and can be badly stocked. Nice friendly staff shame stock isn't kept to stock up so they don't run out of so many items
