   The staff in there work very hard and have to put up with a lot due to the anti-social behaviour and the fact that it is in Heathtown its self. The two most loveliest staff that work in the store are Omar and Louise, they are always friendly and always willing to help.

   There is one lady who has no respect for drivers. She is very rude with drivers and other staff are better than her . This asda is not for her dad or own . Many times we try to complaint there managers and to other staff but they are not going to do anything . Asda should take action against her otherwise we are going to stop picking all customers order from here . Very bad for her

   Today, I have received the worst customer service ever. Came for click and collect and a lady who’s rudely asking consistently what item I am coming to collect. I don’t mind being asked although it’s not necessary as she should chase a Code and a name on my order, but the attitude of asking was pretty much inappropriate and uncomfortable to deal with. There must be a tool to measure employees efficiency, otherwise you would have alot more of those around.

   Nice shop in strategic location. Great products with good service. The staff I met was helpful. She has to leave what she was doing in order to direct me where to get the stuff I was looking for. The environment was also nice and tidy. Great encounter.

   Good amount of parking spaces, however that's where the positives stop. Stock seems to be poor, if you do purchase from here make sure you add ten minutes on to your time as you have to constantly check dates on products because they will either be out of date or close to out of date. Some staff can have an attitude of not serving you on the till and beckon you to the self service. They also don't sell the strong bags here. And it seems like every time you come here there's always thieves hanging about. Also be prepared for the beggars hanging about the cash machine outside.

   Usually I would have given it a five star rating as normally the staff are wonderful recently I have received disgusting behaviour and I am a regular customer too when your one member of staff in the bakery section threatens to run my children over and another is rude to my partner during lockdown as we was both key workers if thats how your going to treat loyal customers no I won't be coming here again!!! Most of the other staff are lovely though
