   Today something happened to me in Asda. I wanted to buy a set of 3 trousers for my son . On the hanger there were only 2 pairs and one pair was on the floor. I saw that it was supposed to be a 3-piece set, so I picked up the one from the floor, thinking it belonged to the set since it was the same size. I went to the till. The cashier, an Indian man, was very rude to me. I explained to him that it was a set of 3, because the label clearly shows that, and that I only picked up the pair from the floor to complete the set. He spoke to me arrogantly and told me that the pair didn’t have the same barcode. I told him it’s not my fault, because we as customers don’t check inside labels for barcodes. Then he asked me: “What were you trying to do?” I got upset, left the trousers with him, and went to the self-checkout to pay for my other shopping. Then I heard him telling the next customer that I tried to take a pair of trousers, as if I was trying to steal them. The security guy came, and I explained everything to him. He immediately understood and apologised to me, because it was clear that it wasn’t my fault and what I said made sense. But the cashier turn his chair, looked at me, and laughed at me. He did not apologise at all — he just laughed in my face.

   Very rude cashier; told a disabled customer to put her items back once she no longer wanted them at the till. I've never heard of customers having to put unwanted items back before. On top of this, she then refused to serve her.

   Large security woman tried to humiliate me by asking me to leave due to complaints of my outfit. I was wearing a dress - with shorts (not short shorts but still shorts) - how dare I. When questioned on why she felt the need to then address me as "indecent" she shrugged and said "our customers are mainly Muslim and they took offence". Wildly hilarious, not a word was true as the store was almost empty. Horrendous woman/awful people skills - perhaps a new job?

   Not at all surprised by the low rated reviews here. The rude and sarcastic “security” woman at the entrance, along with her sidekick who ignored my polite request for help locating a shopping trolley, perfectly demonstrate why. You would think two people in these roles might understand the basics of customer service—especially when a father with his 3-year-old daughter simply asks for assistance. Apparently, asking her to vacate her chair and actually help was far too much. My apologies if that was beyond her qualified responsibilities. My frustration and response were simply a natural reaction to their complete incompetence.

   So sad to hear this.. got home from work to find out my partner shopped at this store today. He found a handbag full of contents, phone, purse ect, he went back into store and handed the bag into customer services. The girl took the handbag, left my partner standing there and proceeded to scroll through the phone. No Thankyou, didn't take his name, nothing. So he walked off in discuss. He then phoned Customer Service when he returned home., to make sure they knew he handed the bag in and was disappointed with the lack of response from the girl behind the desk. The reply was is there anything else I can help you with. Well Asda I think you need to train your staff that claim to be Customer Services!!! Hope the lady got her bag back and Well Done Terry Green for being so honest!

   [edit] Customer sevice been able to sort out the below issue. Waiting for refund which I should receive within 5 days.[Edit] I made online order with express delivery from them. When I unpacked my shoping from bags I realized that about half of my order is missing. I made a refund request via app. They answered to me its sorry to hear that and they rejected my refund request for missing items. I have no products and no money now. Thiefs! I wrote to customer service about that. Waiting for asswer now. If you dont deliver the missing items or refund me my money you will be reported to Trading Standards and court action will be taken agains you!

   Very good store for household items, grocery, ambient food and frozen food. Good choice of food for vegetarian in frozen section and Asian food. Good offers in the store.Free parking for 2 hours. Toilets for customers in the store.

   I like this hypermarket, it raises similar to Walmart in the states, the prices are lower than the average. The quality of their products are reliable. There is a free parking in front, you can order ahead and pick, besides you can order to be delivered. They accept cash and credit, beside you pay by self-service.
