Great service, and staff are very helpful. This chemists is under new management, and they are settling in. I have only got good things to say. I put in a request for medication this morning and it was prepared and waiting for collection. I appreciate the service and advice they give.
Staff always pleasant and helpful and a good choice of items to buy. Nice clean shop well laid out. I've been using Lloyd's Pharmacy for many years.
My partner has had to go over a week off her medication because of their incompetence. Phoned and asked if they had it, to which they said they did. However, they lied and didn’t have them. We then requested for the medication to be put on the spine, to which they didn’t do. It’s unacceptable and dangerous for them to do this.

My 85 year old mother phone all day to see if her prescription was ready phone off the hook, I went myself and the staff liked fed up and wanted to go home , not welcoming at all , if as they said they are short of staff then get it sorted it’s not a customers problem
Shouted at by assistant. Only two people allowed in at a time, even though the signage only advises to stand two metres apart. They didn't stock any of the medication that we needed, and when my Partner asked if she could have her blood pressure checked, they said that it would cost £7.50.
This Pharmacy has changed!! Staff are very confused. Two times now they have messed my repeat prescriptions. One time they said the doctor did not sent all items on repeat. I phoned the doctors who confirmed that they have. They did the same with my wife and a week later they wrote to her to say you did not collect your medication yet they had told her there was no outstanding items for her. The second time for me they didn't put one of my repeat medication with the rest. When I went back they made me feel like I have hidden/lost the medication. I explained to them that given the choice I don’t like taking medication in the first place. They never apologised, they carried on like I was at fault not them.
Fantastic, very friendly pharmacy that is very busy, but is on top of things. Not only do they keep things going, they frequently manage to catch mistakes made by my GP's receptionists or the GPs themselves. I've been going here for years and I will *only* go here for my prescriptions and refilling the medicine cabinet.
