   Extremely bad experience, paid money for prescription but I was told I didn’t pay. Thankfully other customer had seen me paying money for the prescription, who supported me. No apologies from staff, spoiled my evening. Very bad experience. I never will go there again.

   Ordered blood pressure tablets a week ago. It was marked as urgent as I only had a week's worth left. Couldn't get any answer on the phone. Rang G P no prescription had been ordered.

   Absolutely terrible service, never answer the phone for one thing, which I put to the test one time standing outside ringing them, 3 staff all standing around ignoring the phone. Constantly out of stock on regular prescriptions. Called the head office to complain about the service and I'll be using a different pharmacy from now on. As others have said, a joke.

   I went in and asked for a specific product only to be told they had sold out. The woman behind the counter was kind enough to help me find an alternative product. Upon returning home and showing the Mrs we realised this was not at all anything like what we wanted, Went back to the shop and explained to the same lady but she refused to take the product back, I'm now out of pocket,ive wasted fuel and still no better off , absolute joke

   Shocking service don’t waste your time coming here!!PHARMACY IS A JOKE Came to collect a prescription for my daughter was told was ready- when arrived was told one medicine was missing they will call me when back in stock. Waited 3 days no call so went back in and they told me they didn’t have that particular medicine will have to order an alternative- then was told actually the original is on the shelf you can have that. Asked me to wait- 30 mins it’s took them to package one medicine!! Whilst there they had three customers complaining once they collected their order as not all medicines were present even though they had been told they were when they called!!! 5 members of staff who can’t efficiently runs Pharmacy- had more than two customers in at a time now covid secure- PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE YOU WILL BE KEPT WAITING TO BE TOLD YOUR MEDICINE IS NOT IN STOCK- a joke!!
