The procedure only took 5 minutes prior to being told half an hour. The pharmacy was a great visit for me and it could be for you too.”

“Today I went into King's pharmacy weoley Castle Square with my 3 year old grandson who woke up this morning with very sticky eyes. As it's a bank holiday I was worried I wouldn't be able to get him help, thankfully the pharmacy above mentioned was open. I was seen to by a friendly member of staff Rachel Who immediately got the pharmacist to come and check my grandson. We was given eye drops and advice. Very nice very helpful thank you”

“This was my first encounter with this pharmacy I was booked in to have my Flu and COVID jabs but I'd completely got into a muddle with other appointments so I popped in a lot earlier than booked in the hope that I may be able to have them earlier and I was immediately met by such a lovely bubbly welcoming lady (sorry I forgot her name) she welcomed me and assured me that I would be able to have my planned jabs there and then what a relief! She directed me to a quiet private room and asked me to fill out a quick form she was so lovely and kind and put me at my ease talking me through every step and making sure that I was comfortable not only did she put me at my ease she also administered the injections promptly and without any discomfort she was absolutely brilliant! There was a slight technical issue with my surgery but she soon sorted it out. After completing the jabs she issued an information leaflet and made sure that I was happy and comfortable with my jabs. I asked her how long she had worked there and she replied only a month! Wow! She was fabulous and such a natural and I could see that she was enjoying her work. I would highly recommend this Pharmacy and also this lovely lady the manager/owner should be proud to have such a great member of their team working for them she is a true asset. Thank you so much you helped make a muddled stressful day so much easier and it was very much appreciated.”

“the one in chelmsley wood town centre is great. The one at Crabtree centre isnt very good its small. The place is slow and you can wait ages and half the time your prescriptions arent done or they loose them.”

“Even when my medication was out of stock at numerous pharmacies including all local and Birmingham (shortage country wide) they manage to get it from there many suppliers hence I have now changed to this pharmacy for my regular prescriptions. Get a text a couple of days after submitting my request to the GP. Well done”

She took the time to calmly explained how to update our card information and validated our receipt for 30 days so that the points can be added to the digital card.”

“I don't know why people rate them low, I have being in different surgeries for the last 12 years and I have never felt more human and being treated with dignity more then I did at this surgery. I always go back to them even when I moved to an area which they don't cover. I can set here all day numbering and counting their good behaviour and good practice and their patience with customers and I will never finish. I couldn't thank them enough for their efforts to get better and they are one of the few surgeries who are transparent in their work with full access to your records and also make appointments online. Maybe you had bad experience but I believe if you give them a chance and be kind they would go the Extra mile for you. Trust me all it takes is an act of kindness and respect.”
