   Great pharmacy. Special mention to the lead pharmacist Hina, she’s helped me countless times concerning my health and well-being, always pleasant and knowledgeable. She has a fabulous team working in a fast moving environment that are very friendly and efficient. Many who visit the pharmacy seem to be under the impression that the dispensers can give medical advice, they can’t, they are not medically qualified, however they will pass you on to the pharmacist who may help, however the pharmacist is just that, not a doctor. Now not everything’s perfect, but they do their best to accommodate patients, certain drugs are difficult to get and may take sometime to source, due to the UK leaving the EU this has made things worse. In conclusion Hina and the team do a fabulous job under sometimes difficult circumstances, please bare with them and treat them with the respect they deserve. X

   This pharmacy has repeatedly made mistakes with my prescription, failed to keep track of transactions for controlled substances to the point of contacting me to prove that I’m exempt from paying for my medication even though I have paid for it for the past 12 months. Terrible communication, they assured me there’d be open until 9 so I could collect my prescription and upon arrival I found the pharmacy closed.

   I came into the crest pharmacy on Saturday and was pleasantly suprised with the customer service provided by Emily who went beyond even with the rush of people to ensure i received my medication. Having had bad experiences at other pharmacies it was reassuring to find a pharmacy that takes pride in customer service amd patient care.

   Excellent pharmacy. I moved here after my normal pharmacy started having problems fulfilling my repeat prescriptions and having empty shelves. It the best thing I ever did. Staff are friendly and helpful while being polite and courteous. Together with the extended opening hours including being open 7 days a week I don't find myself rushing around so much. Highly recommend

   Brilliant pharmacy, the only one I will use in Tamworth. They even called me when I accidently only paid for one prescription instead of 2 and gave me the chance to pay for it before receiving a fine. Staff are always friendly, happy to answer any questions and the wait is never too long.

   I’ve used peel court pharmacy ever since moving to Tamworth and I have to say they are by far the best pharmacy I have dealt with. The staff are very friendly and have always been helpful and polite to me, even going as far as chasing my prescriptions up when the surgery hasn’t sent them through. I would highly recommend.

   Have came in to pick up a patients prescription items up as there don't deliver on Saturdays. Waited 20mins for them. Took them to my patients house. Took all items out of bags to discover that she has no paracetamol in the bags. Cocodamol has been put in, which states on the box. Sticky label says paracetamol, signature for checking, but obvs hasn't. Tried to ring them numerous times but appears that they can't be bothered. Glad it's not my chemist. Totally disgusted with them

   Levels of service here have dropped considerably over the last 12 months. I now use another pharmacy as my last experience at the Peel involved a 40 minute wait, only to be told that my medication was not available despite having ordered it a week previously. 3 other women in the queue with me had the same experience & not one of us received an apology!
