“Qusai is the best dentist I've ever encountered. He listens to any issues I might have and recommends the appropriate actions required. He's one dentist who actually cares for his patients and takes great pride in his work. I hope he stays at Tamworth dental practice(the hollies) as I would never use anyone else. He done an amazing job on repairing my chipped tooth which now does not look out of place. Also the ladies on reception are really accommodating and very helpful. Thankyou John Butler.”

“Care fertility has my heart! Every single member of staff is so genuinely lovely, caring and supportive. They are efficient, always on time and super easy to get hold of, no question goes unanswered. The members of staff I met regularly were Beth, Peggy and Niki who always looked after both me and my partner put me at ease and always made us feel comfortable. They would always explain procedures/ symptoms / medications / treatments so you always felt in the know. Dr hany shar I could not recommend enough, he got to know us on a personal level and made our dreams of becoming parents possible! Without ALL of the staff this wouldn’t be possible, our 2nd attempt and we got our positive result and I will definitely be returning when we are ready to grow our family! 5 star service, they treat you as people not numbers and that for me is why we chose care fertility Tamworth. “I must admit, I only popped in to use the cash point, of which there's 3 and all working, and the toilet which was fairly clean for 7.00pm, it looked busy, plenty of working tills and staff in sight. The trolley parks were tidy and a large clean car park. I cant comment on much more.”

“I have been using this doctors surgery for a number of years now and it has become better and better. Like any other practice it does have its downfalls, however considering how busy it is you are always able to see a doctor if your issue is urgent. It may not be the doctor you want, but if you're ill surely that doesn't matter! I have seen a number of doctors and all have been helpful, friendly and willing to help. It is however always worthwhile telling the receptionist when you call what your problem is, as some doctors may have a specialism in that particular field. There is also a new and improved pharmacy based on the premises who work closely with the doctors, so your prescriptions can automatically be sent to them. This pharmacy is open long hours, both throughout the week and on weekends. Only superficial improvements to be made would be the decor and more receptionists on the desk / answering the phone.”

I have been at this practice for many years and when Sandra and Tracey were no longer on Reception it was hard. But now it has been modernised and updated.Lets hope patient care continues to improve.”
